Unlimited AI video plans: what to check before you pay

By Bilal Kammoun. Published .

Before you pay for an unlimited AI video plan, read the tool's pricing page, its help pages and its terms for seven things. Here is what to look for in each, and what Say It Again's own pages say to it.

What unlimited covers, and how fast it runs

Look for which models the plan covers, whether unlimited work runs in a queue of its own, what happens to its speed when the service is busy, and what happens when your use looks unusual to them. The words to search the page for are queue, speed, fair use and review.

On Say It Again, no plan is called unlimited. Each is counted in AI UGC videos: about 20 AI UGC videos a month on Starter. Counted in Fast 15-second AI UGC videos at 480p.

What happens when you run out

Look for whether the tool stops, slows down or asks you to pay more once a plan is used, and whether each video's cost is on the button before you press it.

On Say It Again, each video's button says how many credits it takes, and the sheet that opens before the video is made shows your balance before and after. When the balance is short, the sheet says how many more credits you need, and a top-up or a bigger plan adds them.

Whether unused credits roll over or expire

Look for when a plan's credits reset, and how long credits bought on top of a plan last.

On Say It Again: Unused plan credits roll over to the next month, up to one month's credits. Top-up credits never expire.

What happens to a video that fails

Look for whether the credits come back on their own, for every kind of video the plan makes, and where you can see that they did.

On Say It Again: If an advertisement cannot be made, the credits held for it go back to your balance on their own, and the refund appears in your credit history.

The refund terms, word for word

Look for how many days you have, whether any use at all ends the right to a refund, whether a renewal can be refunded, and whether a fee is taken.

On Say It Again, monthly: Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and we do not refund part of a month. Yearly: Within 14 days of a yearly payment, while you have used less than one month's credits, write to us and we refund all of it and end the plan. After a free trial: Within 7 days of the first payment after a free trial, while you have used less than one AI UGC video's credits since that payment, write to us and we refund all of it and end the plan.

When an account can be suspended, and how

Look for the section of the terms on suspension or termination: the reasons it gives, whether it is the company's call alone, whether you are told why first and can answer, and what happens to your credits.

Say It Again's terms: We can end an account that breaks these terms. From 13 November 2026, if we do, its credits are lost. From the same day, before we close an account, we tell its owner why in writing, and they can answer, unless the law, or fraud on the account, needs us to act at once.

Who answers, and how

Look for an email address for billing and refunds, how long an answer takes, and whether the help on offer is a support team or a community channel.

On Say It Again, write through the form on Help, or to support@sayitagain.ai. Help says: We answer every message within two working days.
