Ask any video model for a specific real product and you get something that resembles it. The wordmark goes soft, the label turns to noise, the shape drifts. It is close, and close is worse than useless when the thing on screen is what you are selling. So we do not generate your product. The presenter is generated; your photograph is laid in as a layer, and no model upgrade can take that guarantee away.
Three things that are unusual
You see the price first
The product record we extracted and the exact credit cost, before anything is charged. Credits are reserved when you press the button and returned in full if the render fails.
Restyling is free
Captions, colours, headline, where the product sits: nothing, because the footage is reused. A different voice is 20 credits against 300 for a new ad.
We refuse bad pages
A bot wall, a dead link or a page with no usable photograph gets a refusal rather than a confident ad for the wrong thing.
What we will not do
- Charge you twice for the same footage. Every competitor we measured bills full credits for a regeneration.
- Burn credits on our own failures. A failed render is refunded automatically, and the refund is on your credit history where you can see it.
- Quietly expire what you paid for. Top-up credits never expire. Plan credits roll over.
- Generate a picture of your product and hope. If we cannot find a usable photograph, we say so instead of shipping a lookalike.
