Refunds and cancellation

Plans
A plan is billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, and renews each month until you end it. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and we do not refund part of a month. Your plan credits stay usable until the plan ends and stop then. Credits from a top-up pack are not affected: those were bought outright and do not expire.
A free trial that turns into a plan runs until the end of the last day shown when you add your card, and its first month is charged after that day, unless you cancel the free trial before then. If you cancel it, nothing is charged, it never turns into a plan, and your free trial runs to its end.
Within 7 days of the first payment after a free trial, while you have used less than one AI UGC video's credits since that payment, write to us and we refund all of it and end the plan.
A plan billed yearly is paid a year in advance, renews each year until you end it, and adds its credits a month at a time. We email you 7 days before it renews. Within 14 days of a yearly payment, while you have used less than one month's credits, write to us and we refund all of it and end the plan. After that, cancelling takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for, and we do not refund part of a year.
Top-up packs
A pack adds credits to your balance as soon as it is bought, so a pack is not refundable once those credits are on the balance, except where the law says otherwise.
Work that could not be made
If an advertisement cannot be made, the credits held for it go back to your balance on their own, and the refund appears in your credit history. You do not need to ask.
Work you are not happy with
Write to us within 14 days and tell us what came back. Where we got it wrong, we return the credits. We cannot return credits for work that came back as asked.
How to cancel
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. That is Stripe's own page, where you can change the card, read every invoice and stop the plan. Cancelling there takes effect at the end of the month, or for yearly billing the year, you have paid for, and you keep the plan until then.
During a free trial that turns into a plan, until the end of its last day, open the Plan tab of Settings and choose Cancel the free trial. Nothing is charged, and your free trial runs to its end.

If you are thinking of a card dispute
Write to us first. Most things are faster to put right directly than through your bank, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
