Who we are
Say It Again is operated by Apolonis Social Media Management Services - FZCO (registration number 80188), IFZA Properties, Premises DSO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, we, us and our mean that company.
What the service does
You give us your store's address and a product link. We read what is on that page and make advertisements from it and from your own photographs: video ads with a generated presenter, and image ads. Every advertisement is made for you to publish yourself.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to open an account or use the service. You can open an account yourself. Unless you were invited, opening one puts a card on file with Stripe, and nothing is charged to it when you add it. When you add it, you choose the monthly plan your free trial turns into. Your free trial runs until the end of the last day shown when you add the card, then turns into that plan, and you agree that the card is charged for the plan after that day and every month after, until you cancel. You can cancel the free trial in Settings at any time before then, and nothing is charged. A card put on file before this version of these terms is charged only when you buy a plan or a top-up. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You can invite people to your team, and what they make belongs to the account, not to them.
Plans, credits and top-ups
A plan is billed monthly in advance and renews each month until you end it, or, if you choose yearly billing, is billed yearly in advance and renews each year until you end it, with its credits added a month at a time. We email you 7 days before a yearly plan renews. Prices are in US dollars. Credits are the unit we price the work in. They are not money, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they have no value outside this service. Unused plan credits roll over while your plan is active, up to one month's allowance, and end when the plan ends, at the close of the period you have paid for. A top-up pack adds credits to your balance, does not renew, and does not expire.
What you must have the right to use
You confirm that you own or are allowed to use the store, the product pages, the photographs, images, videos and any words you give us, and that what you sell is lawful to advertise where you sell it.
What we make, and who owns it
The advertisements we make from your material are yours to use, publish and sell against. We keep a copy in your library so you can find them again, and we use them to run the service. We do not sell them or license them to anyone else.
Generated people
A person who appears in an AI UGC video is generated. They are not a real person, and the video is a likeness rather than a recording. You are the advertiser in every ad you publish: a presenter in our ads is made by AI and is not a customer, so never present one as a real customer, as someone who has used your product or as a real endorsement, and say an ad is made with AI wherever the law or the platform it runs on requires it.
Ads other businesses are running
The service can show advertisements that other businesses are running publicly, and can describe what one of them does so that yours can make the same kind of case. We do not copy their words, their footage or their artwork into anything we make for you.
What you may not do
Advertise anything unlawful, adult, hateful or dangerous. Impersonate a person or a business. Give us photographs, images or videos you have no right to use. Resell the service as your own. Try to break it, overload it or take it apart. Remove or change, on purpose, the content credentials or other markings in our files that say they were made with AI. Use the service, or anything it makes, to build, train or improve a product or service that competes with it.
Availability
We do not promise the service runs without interruption. Parts of it are built on engines run by other companies, and those can change or stop.
Ending your plan or your account
You can cancel your plan at any time in Settings, under Plan: choose Manage billing. It takes effect at the end of the month, or for yearly billing the year, you have paid for. You can also write to support@sayitagain.ai.
You can cancel a free trial that turns into a plan in Settings, under Plan, until the end of its last day: choose Cancel the free trial. It takes effect at once, nothing is charged, and your free trial runs to its end. Once the plan has started, it is cancelled under Manage billing, as any plan is.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, under Account. A plan is then cancelled at once and the rest of the period you paid for is not refunded, and the account is erased seven days later, as the privacy policy describes. We can end an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, or the results of any advertisement you publish.
Changes to these terms
We can change these terms. Where a change matters, we will say so in the product or by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
