A plan chosen here starts today, with no free trial. A plan renews every month at the price above until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under Manage billing in Settings, on the Plan tab, and you keep the plan until the end of the month, or for yearly billing the year, you have paid for. Plan credits end with the plan; top-up credits never expire.
A yearly plan is billed once a year at its yearly price and renews every year until you cancel; its credits arrive a month at a time, and we email you 7 days before it renews. Within 14 days of a yearly payment, while you have used less than one month's credits, you can ask for all of it back.
Plans differ in videos, stores and what comes free each month. No plan locks a feature. Counted in Fast 15-second AI UGC videos: a Best video counts as 3, a 30-second Best video as 6. Image ads in Your photos, emails and posts come free every month with a plan. Other sizes are free.

- Growth: 10 stores, and 80 sets of image ads in Your photos, 40 emails and 12 posts free each month.
- Scale: 20 stores, and 120 sets of image ads in Your photos, 60 emails and 18 posts free each month.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused plan credits roll over to the next month, up to one month's credits:
- Lite: up to 2,000 credits
- Starter: up to 4,000 credits
- Growth: up to 8,800 credits
- Scale: up to 20,000 credits
Plan credits end with the plan; top-up credits never expire.
What happens if a video fails?
It is refunded, and the video's page says why it failed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 2 free videos for 7 days, from the day you add your card. A plan chosen here starts today, with no free trial.
Can I change plan?
Yes, in Settings, on the Plan tab. A bigger plan starts now, and you pay the difference for the rest of the month, or for yearly billing the year, you have paid for. Its extra credits for the rest of this month are added at once. A smaller plan starts when your plan renews. A change to yearly billing starts now, at the yearly price less the unused part of the month you have paid for. A change to monthly billing starts when the year you have paid for ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel at any time under Manage billing in Settings, on the Plan tab, and you keep the plan until the end of the month, or for yearly billing the year, you have paid for.
What is a top-up?
A one-off purchase, with or without a plan: 3 AI UGC videos for $18 or 10 AI UGC videos for $60. Its credits never expire.
