Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused plan credits roll over to the next month, up to one month's credits. Plan credits end with the plan; top-up credits never expire.

  • Starter: up to 4,000 credits
  • Growth: up to 8,800 credits
  • Scale: up to 20,000 credits

Credits bought once

A plan adds credits every month, and a top-up adds them once. Top-up credits never expire.

The free trial's videos

When the plan starts, or if you buy a plan or a top-up first, free videos you have not used are kept as credits that never expire.

When a plan ends

Your plan credits stay usable until the plan ends and stop then. How cancelling works is on Refunds and cancellation, and each plan's credits on Pricing.
